Waters Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer to become a vital member of our Clinical Systems Development team.
The Clinical Systems Development team is dedicated to advancing Waters Clinical and IVD Systems, both in hardware and software. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team focused on delivering value to customers in the clinical market segment through the assessment, creation, and implementation of innovative clinical system functionalities.
As a member of the Clinical Systems Development team, you will develop software utilized by scientists and clinical professionals globally for scientific evaluation. You will collaborate with a diverse and multi-disciplinary group that includes software developers, testers, R&D engineers, and development scientists.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in software development across our technology stack, which encompasses: C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Participating in team and project continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with software testing engineers to enhance product quality.
- Establishing strong working relationships with other departments.
- Contributing to the frameworks and methodologies for continuous integration and delivery.
Required Qualifications
We are in search of dedicated software engineers who enjoy tackling challenges and exploring innovative solutions, and who are passionate about creating outstanding products.
Ideal candidates will possess some of the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated software development experience, preferably with familiarity in areas such as: C#, .NET, Angular (or another modern JavaScript framework), and TypeScript.
- Practical knowledge of sound software engineering practices (e.g., Unit Testing, TDD, CI/CD, SOLID principles).
