UGG Brand Marketing Specialist Role

The UGG EMEA Brand Marketing team is responsible for ensuring consistent brand image and tone across the region. This involves aligning key stakeholders with seasonal strategies and brand strategy, while also educating cross-functional stakeholders on key UGG pillars and ensuring all activations are on brand.

As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to communicate and distribute global and EMEA content across the EMEA region via curated toolkits and communications. This will involve ensuring a consistent brand image across channels and regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curate brand toolkits for all regional and global stories to ensure campaign consistency
  2. Support the rollout of EMEA-wide distribution of global and regionalised assets, including translations for our markets
  3. Write, commission, and review copy for all cross-channel campaigns and multi-stakeholder projects
  4. Gather data from key stakeholders to produce omni-channel content analysis to drive best practice
  5. Create locally relevant edits of global directives with sign off from line manager
  6. Support the creation of regional-specific content productions, including on-set, pre, and post-production
  7. Act as the key point of contact for toolkit and content team critical path queries
  8. Lead on regional content road-mapping to ensure no bottlenecks in production
  9. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure copy rolled out in region is aligned with TOV
  10. Collaborate with the global product marketing team to ensure EMEA needs are fed into global shot-lists
  11. Act as an UGG Brand Ambassador to provide internal brand team project updates
  12. Support regular and ad hoc internal reporting requirements
Requirements:

We're Looking for:
  1. Experience working in Brand Marketing, Publishing, or Creative or Content Production
  2. A genuine passion for the UGG Brand journey
  3. Copywriting skills and an excellent level of written English
  4. Experience within the fashion industry is a plus
  5. An understanding of creating reports and analysing content
