Electrical Test and Inspection Role

VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer to join their team. As an Inspection and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products or processes meet specified standards and requirements.

This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, including meticulous point-to-point testing, to verify the continuity and correctness of individual connections in electrical circuits. You will conduct inspections and tests, identify defects or deviations from standards, and review technical specifications to ensure adherence to design requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including Quality Assurance Engineers, to address and resolve quality issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Requirements
  • Nationally recognized technical qualification in Electrical/Electronic discipline
  • Full driving license and car
  • Ability to conduct point-to-point testing, interpret circuit diagrams, and review technical specifications
  • Proficiency in using electronic test equipment
  • Experience with PLC based automation control panels, computing and networking equipment, and office based equipment
