KS1 Teacher Opportunity

We are working with a 2-form entry Primary School in the Bristol area who are seeking a KS1 Teacher to join their team. The school offers a supportive environment and a well-resourced learning space.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS1 classes and contributing to the development of the curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and be able to inspire and motivate children to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach KS1 classes and develop engaging lesson plans
  • Assess children's knowledge and development
  • Have a strong understanding of Phonics and be able to implement effective Phonics strategies
  • Work closely with the Class Teaching Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support to individual pupils
