  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying needs, including peg feeding, insulin administration, and epilepsy management.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities, such as arts and crafts, sensory experiences, and community outings.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning disabilities, complex health needs, and other requirements (desirable).
