The Role

As a Project Worker at our Homelessness Service, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers who have faced homelessness to maximise their potential and independence.

  • You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries and provide guidance on managing positive mental health.
  • You'll develop professional relationships with customers, using clear communication to ensure their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are maintained.
  • You'll deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
  • A strong 'can-do' attitude and ability to work flexibly
  • Strong organisational skills and functional literacy and numeracy
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
