We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dining Room Attendant to join our team at The Landmark London. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
  • To participate in food and beverage training and Mater classes to ensure up-to-date knowledge of product.
  • To be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.
  • To work closely with the Waiter, Outlet's Supervisor, and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
  • To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
  • To perform any other duties as requested by the Outlet's Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
