Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to join our team. As an Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of systems and databases at the department's disposal and developing them to become more efficient.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Present new ideas to take the business forward and assist in ongoing development projects.
  • Complete reports as required that involve querying, extracting, and gathering data from multiple sources.
  • Design and implement automatic reports/alerts within the MS range of products.
  • Work closely with the commercial manager and sales & marketing team to provide and analyze data.
  • Produce effective reporting with stakeholders that is easy to digest and understand.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and assist the IT Manager in maintaining various software applications and associated hardware.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, proven programming experience using Visual Basic, sound experience in SQL, experience with Power BI, and experience working with sensitive data.
