A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst or leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry.
