Job Title: Senior Psychiatrist Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our psychiatric services.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Psychiatrist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our psychiatric services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including junior doctors and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Contribute to the development of our psychiatric services, including service improvement initiatives and quality assurance
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in psychiatry, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
