About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Beaufort Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to looked-after children aged 8-16.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their educational development and planning engaging activities.
  • Ensure a structured and safe home environment, promoting the well-being and safety of all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a nurturing and supportive environment, meeting the individual needs of each child.
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving licence and proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, Ringwood.
  • Willingness to pursue relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner.
  • Effective communication skills, with a passion for working with children and a commitment to child safeguarding.
