Job Title: ACCA Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ACCA Financial Analyst to join our Geosciences & Engineering Finance team at RSK Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and review financial reports for the Division, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collate financial data and prepare reports tailored to specific requirements, providing meaningful insights to key financial information.
  • Monitor and interrogate KPIs, tracking trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the Division in managing working capital, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Assist in evaluating and developing current reporting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the Finance Business Partner with project accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Divisional leadership team as required.
Desired Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for finance and analysis, potentially in the early stages of their financial career (minimum 1-2 years). Relevant accountancy qualifications (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA) or a willingness to study to gain the relevant professional qualifications are desirable.

Salary and Benefits:
  • £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
