We are seeking a skilled Wok Chef to join our team in London. As a leading restaurant in Chinese cuisine, we offer a dynamic and exciting work environment where you can grow and develop your culinary skills.

About the Job

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Wok Specialist on a Turbo wok, with extensive experience in Chinese cuisine. They will also have a background in fine dining restaurants, 4/5 star hotels, or resorts, and be comfortable serving large numbers of covers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
