We are a dynamic retail company seeking a new member to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns for our store and online product promotions. This role involves responsibilities such as online order processing, inventory management, customer communication, and after-sales support for our online store. Additionally, you will contribute to market activities and advertising for our offline store.

**Key Responsibilities**:
General:
Execute product campaigns from concept to completion, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and digital marketing teams.

Develop and implement marketing plans based on provided briefs.

Demonstrate proficiency and comfort in the digital marketing landscape.

Showcase creativity in visual ideation for campaigns, landing pages, and advertisements.

Online and Offline:
Support both online and offline marketing activities for our store.

Manage online order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

Oversee inventory records for the online store.

Handle customer communication and provide after-sales support for online orders.

Set up and/or manage daily posts and advertising campaigns on search and social platforms.

Possess a good working knowledge of Shopify and other CMS platforms.

Copywriting:
Generate engaging social media posts.

Utilize Word and Excel for written content.

Your Skills and Experience:
Minimum of one years’ experience in similar roles.

Proficient in both Chinese and English.

Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.

**Eagerness to learn with a can-do attitude.**

Must be a current resident living and working in England.
