Job Summary:

Constant Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Engineer to join our team on a night shift pattern. As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line service desk/remote support to our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues, including server, desktop, and network problems.
  • Work closely with other service engineers in the Platforms, Infrastructure, and Internet Services Teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Service Delivery Manager to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT industry.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in IT support, with a focus on server, desktop, and network technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Microsoft Server MCP Exam or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in a service desk role, either with a service provider or within a corporate environment.
