Wound Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT support group as a Wound Care Specialist, where you will be working in a unique and varied role that involves delivering evidence-based wound care to patients across Medway.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to work independently and take ownership of patient care, putting them at the heart of everything they do. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to their patients.
As a Wound Care Specialist, your main responsibilities will include undertaking nursing assessments and developing individualized plans of care for patients attending our wound clinics. You will also be responsible for implementing and evaluating these plans, as well as providing education and advice to patients and their families.
We offer an excellent salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme options and in-service training and supervision. Job Requirements:
- A degree in Nursing or a related field
