Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Experience Specialist to support our operational learning trainers in delivering high-quality learning events. This role will be responsible for managing cohort activities, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless learning experiences for our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Support operational learning trainers with delivery of high-quality learning events through effective cohort management and technical support
- Assist in the facilitation of live events, ensuring smooth execution of activities and effective use of technology
- Contribute to the development and management of learner behavior and participation expectations
- Support learners through self-led learning activities, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Manage learner system access, issues, and login requirements, ensuring seamless access to learning resources
- Coordinate and manage wrap-around learning activities, including buddying and mandatory learning
- Utilize the available tech stack to enable effective, tech-enabled learning solutions
- Provide administrative support for Learning Management Systems, managing scheduling and delegate management
- Maintain L&D systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in tracking and reporting
- Working knowledge and experience in a relevant technical field (if applicable)
- Confident communicator with ability to transfer knowledge clearly and concisely, adapting style for different communication methods
- Knowledge and ability to deliver elements of the learning cycle
- Ability to adapt positively to changes in priorities and new ways of working
- Technical skills to manage IT and system-related requirements of a learning cohort
