About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Eden Scott. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the on-going management, maintenance, and optimization of all digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various teams and external suppliers to ensure digital platforms meet business objectives and deliver excellent user experiences.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage projects, plans, and backlogs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital product management.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering digital platform development, CMS, and/or website management projects in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of managing projects, plans, and backlogs.
  • Knowledge of technical development, web standards, analytics, user experience, search, and SEO.
  • Content savvy and relevant understanding of consumer behavior across digital touchpoints and channels.
  • Experience bringing brands to life online, ideally within luxury goods.
