About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in financial planning and control. You will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets and cost plans for projects, as well as conducting valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure profitability.

You will work closely with our specialized divisions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Proficiency in JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost plans for projects.
  • Administer and manage JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts effectively.
  • Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure profitability.
  • Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
Salary and Benefits:
