Construction Financial Controller

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Financial Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate cash flow forecasts and detailed cost plans for social housing projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Producing accurate cash flow forecasts based on the project programme and updating as work proceeds
  • Producing detailed cost plans / buying schedules for each project
  • Liaising with procurement manager to ensure all sub-contractors appointed to the works have been assessed in accordance with the company's procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in QS running financial aspects of social housing construction projects
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Good planner and able to assess own performance

Salary: £52,000 per annum
