Senior Activities Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and delivering a wide range of activities and programmes tailored to meet the needs and abilities of individuals, as well as providing group activities and programmes that bring individuals together.
Key Activities:
- Develop and implement individualised activity plans that promote engagement, independence, and life skills.
- Collaborate with external educational, vocational, and leisure activity providers to widen the range of opportunities available to service users.
- Observe, record, and report service user involvement in activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of healthcare and other records and computerised information systems.
- Present the service in a positive light and proactively suggest improvements.
About the Role:
The Activities Coordinator will work within a person-centred approach, ensuring individuals have a care support plan and varied activity programme based on their choice and preference.
