Exceptional Care Leader for Acquired Brain Injury Support

We Change Lives is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team in Winsford, Cheshire.
The role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, with opportunities for career growth and development.
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care standards, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents are at the forefront of everything we do.

You will champion the delivery of high-quality care services, working closely with our experienced team to drive excellence across every facet of our support service.
About the Service:
Our 10-bed home provides 24-hour nursing care, respite, and daycare services, alongside nutritious, home-cooked meals and on-site laundry facilities. Our employees benefit from access to fully funded in-house development courses, health and wellbeing support, and various discount schemes.
The ideal candidate will have previous nurse/clinical lead experience and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be passionate about transforming lives and committed to creating a culture of continuous improvement.
