**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant UK legislation and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and initiatives that comply with local, national, and industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant UK legislation, including environmental, health, and safety laws, and ensure business practices are in compliance.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in EHS management within the food production or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems and software.

**Estimated Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
