Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients, utilizing your skills and knowledge to deliver evidence-based practice.
  • Work collaboratively with visiting consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring individualized and holistic approaches.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient clinical environment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to the development of solutions.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current UK registration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
