Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Year 3 classes, developing engaging lesson plans, and implementing effective teaching strategies. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum materials, ensuring a cohesive and stimulating learning experience. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students
- Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Year 3 students in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
