Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

An exciting new role has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional residential care service based in the Chesterfield, Derbyshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This is a specialist service developed to support the mental health needs of individuals aged 18 years and over.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in line management of a team of staff and ensure compliance with CQC and other statutory regulators.
  • Provide the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the service to the highest standards.
  • Ensure individuals can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of person-centred, needs-led, and outcome-based service.
  • Commitment to quality care and service provision.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience working in a deputy manager position with knowledge and experience in the requirements of the service users.
