Worth Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our office support team, you will provide administrative assistance to our Managing Director and ensure the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other team members
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Assist with sales administration, including data entry and report preparation
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the property industry
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the property industry is beneficial
