Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at pladis Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and movement of materials to ensure successful completion of the factory production plan.
  • Budget management and control, managing operational overhead costs for site warehousing and distribution and FLT fleet.
  • Manage the storage and movement of finished goods to maximise customer service to customer and/or company distribution centres through the effective management of site movement and storage control.
  • Work closely with Supplies Manager & Supply chain manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of successfully managing teams.
  • Trained in the following systems; SAP, Autostore, Sugatrak, Time & Attendance, Production Planning.
  • Inbound / Outbound logistics experience.
  • Distribution processes knowledge.
  • Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) knowledge.
  • FLT/Mechanical handling.
  • Waste Management.
  • Load Planning.
  • IT literate and confident at learning and using a variety of systems.
