About the Role

As a Casual Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes. This will include undertaking or supervising personal care, preparing meals, shopping, bill payments, collecting prescriptions, and general household tasks. You will also promote the independence and individuality of our customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct care to service users as circumstances require
  2. Attend meetings, case conferences, and training as required
  3. Undertake such duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as may be determined by the Home Care Manager, in consultation with the post holder
  4. Ensure that the Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies are implemented
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer outcomes
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
