  2. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Undertake a range of delegated clinical, therapy, and nursing led activities to support service users on the Integrated Network Team caseload.
    2. Provide safe, patient-centered, and effective clinical activities in the community setting.
    3. Work within adult services to deliver a full range of healthcare activities.
    4. Flexibly work with other teams or services, both within the locality and Sirona wide when the need arises at short notice.
    5. Be able and willing to travel throughout the service delivery geographical area.
