About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager for Quality Management to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Professionals and project managers to drive improvement into our schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Quality Professionals and project managers to drive improvement into our schedules
  • Be a point of contact for all build quality issues and represent Quality in our senior leadership team
  • Collate elements of knowledge using Learning from experience within our projects and implement onto our programmes
  • Be responsible for the Project management of all quality opportunities
  • Report on the overall progress across our quality areas
  • Oversee the delivery of the quality requirements in build as a Facility Quality Manager
Requirements
  • Proven, direct leadership experience
  • Experience within a professional engineering environment
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Quality techniques and inspection methods
  • Strong Project management skills & experience
