Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain our current business systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and improve business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement new applications and technologies to enhance our financial systems.
  • Provide 2nd line billing and time recording support to our teams.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries and reports to inform business decisions.

  • Test new applications and provide training to users.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of Aderant and back-end systems.
  • Experience with InTapp and Chrome River.
  • Strong understanding of legal billing principles.
  • Advanced SQL query skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proven experience in project work and managing timescales.
  • Previous experience working in a law firm environment.
