About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team at Little Bridge House, a unique and supportive environment providing hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Care, hospice Doctor's, and care team with administrative and secretarial duties
  • Deal with incoming calls from families and professionals, and assist with the administration of the referral process for children
  • Maintain the care database, produce reports, and ensure accurate records of children using our service
  • Supervise paid and voluntary administrative support as required
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with experience of organizing a busy office
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and experience using databases
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting, with a thorough understanding of confidentiality
