Senior Sales Engineer

Penmann Climatic Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth, innovation, and client satisfaction across an allocated geographical region.

This role requires a technically proficient professional who excels in understanding client needs, designing innovative solutions, and fostering strong commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales and growth targets within an allocated geographical region
  • Attend client sites to promote Penmann business and develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements
  • Design bespoke solutions by combining client needs with available products and services
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
  • Actively follow up on leads and submitted proposals to finalise contracts
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to generate new business and develop existing accounts
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC or similar technical products
  • Competent in the use of CRM software
  • Strong track record in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Experience in developing sustained client relations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Service Account Management experience (desirable)
