Project Manager

Orion Electrotech is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects with varying sizes and complexity, ensuring timely completion and meeting budget and performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects, with a strong background in project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Prince 2, or similar project management tools.
