About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Engineer to join our team at PH Jones. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and servicing in occupied and/or empty social housing properties, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with British Gas and PH Jones procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out gas service and repair work in social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with British Gas and PH Jones procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve services and processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and processes, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid in-date driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Hold a valid right to work in the UK.
  • Hold ACS qualification including CKR1 and HTR1.
  • Be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills.
