The successful candidate will be responsible for attending pre-booked appointments throughout Merseyside and surrounding areas, carrying out general boiler maintenance and servicing, boiler breakdowns, fault finding, and issuing gas safety certificates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • General boiler maintenance and servicing
  • Boiler breakdowns and fault finding
  • Issuing gas safety certificates
  • General heating and plumbing problems
  • Installation work (radiator valves, cookers, etc.)
  • Attending to emergency calls

Requirements:

  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Can-do attitude
  • Be well organised
  • Smart appearance
  • Minimum of five years experience on domestic boiler breakdowns/fault finding
  • Must hold a valid gas qualification on cookers, fires, and boilers
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
  • Must have own hand held power tools (Calibrated analyser and a gas detector provided)
