About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning Apprenticeship programme as an Apprentice - Housing. In partnership with our training provider, Learning Curve Group, you will have the opportunity to study for a Housing Level 2 nationally recognised qualification while gaining practical work experience within our Housing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our Housing Officers in a series of front-line rotational placements to learn about housing management, compliance checks, property letting, income and estate management.
  • Develop practical skills and knowledge in a supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service and support the achievement of Sanctuary's business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade C or above (grades 4 – 9) or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
