Our client, a premier project management and cost consultancy firm, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor.

About the Role:

As an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets. You will also supervise the project cost plan from inception to practical completion, ensuring thorough risk assessment and accurate cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing cost plans and budgets for projects
  2. Supervising project cost plans from inception to completion
  3. Assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, and cash flow management

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  2. RICS qualified or qualified by experience
  3. Primarily PQS background
  4. Commercial and housing experience
