Vulnerable Women Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Vulnerable Women Support Professional to join our team in Caerphilly. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable women, providing them with a safe and inclusive home environment.
About the Role:
- As a key worker, you will work closely with women to develop personalized support plans, empowering them to achieve independence and reach their full potential.
- You will provide holistic support, addressing the complex needs of individuals, and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
- Your expertise in relationship building and partnership working will be essential in promoting our services and establishing strong connections with local agencies.
What We Are Looking For:
- A non-judgmental approach and understanding of the impacts of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
- A resilient attitude, able to overcome challenges and setbacks, and a calm demeanor in difficult situations.
- Experience in support work or domestic abuse, with knowledge of housing options, housing law, and basic benefits.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car for on-call duties.
