About the Role:

  • As a key worker, you will work closely with women to develop personalized support plans, empowering them to achieve independence and reach their full potential.
  • You will provide holistic support, addressing the complex needs of individuals, and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
  • Your expertise in relationship building and partnership working will be essential in promoting our services and establishing strong connections with local agencies.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A non-judgmental approach and understanding of the impacts of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
  • A resilient attitude, able to overcome challenges and setbacks, and a calm demeanor in difficult situations.
  • Experience in support work or domestic abuse, with knowledge of housing options, housing law, and basic benefits.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car for on-call duties.

Benefits and Salary:

  • Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and requirements of the role.
  • A maximum holiday entitlement of 41 days (including bank holidays), plus additional paid time off for on-call duties.
