**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to join our team in Carlisle. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing preventative maintenance for our properties across the country, ensuring costs are within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance for all properties owned/leased by the Company.
  • Produce technical reports following building surveys for planned/reactive maintenance.
  • Find and manage contractors for maintenance work, ensuring all work is completed to the expected standards.
  • Monitor financial approval levels and ensure all invoices are accurate.
  • Communicate with consultants and landlords to ensure building regulations are met and project requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Be available outside of office hours for emergency cover.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in surveying, building, and construction is preferred but not essential.
  • Property Maintenance experience is essential.
  • Candidates from a construction/engineering/maintenance background are desirable.
  • High degree of flexibility to travel where required.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to undertake further training for continued development.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
