About the Role:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements of technology solutions. Working in partnership with subject matter experts and IT teams, the successful candidate will identify and implement solutions that meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group IT Project Management Office to support IT areas such as Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace, and Collaboration.
  • Establish and implement business analysis elements, including business case development, project scoping, and requirements gathering.
  • Gather and analyze data to support business case creation and perform impact assessments during early project phases.
  • Work with stakeholders, including project managers and technical architects, to refine requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide training to users and/or trainers to facilitate knowledge transfer to BAU teams at project close.

Requirements:

  • Business Analyst experience within IT or similar roles/sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to identify and map technology requirements against strategic objectives.
