We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer Team Lead to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and contributing to the development of new technologies.
About the Role:
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of new technologies
* Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software engineering and team leadership
* Strong technical skills, including programming languages and software development methodologies
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be £52,000 to £55,000 per annum, plus enhanced overtime pay, contributory pension, life assurance, and opportunities to learn and grow. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and a comprehensive training program.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, and 2pm to 10pm, with alternating weekends on call. You will also be required to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
