Job Summary

At TechNichols Resourcing Ltd, we are seeking a talented Senior Engineer / Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our technology stack and ensuring that our engineering practices are aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the development of our technology stack.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Implement effective processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
