About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile rent and service charge payments with the finance team to ensure accurate property cost payments.
  • Identify and action opportunities to recover monies, including VAT, following completion of property deals.
  • Support with rent and business rate payment runs as required.
  • Ensure that urgent payment requests are actioned by the finance team.
  • Assist with Horizon lease data changes as required.
  • Support with supplier changes, ensuring adherence to set KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience with accounts payable/credit control, with a solid understanding of working through accounts to reconcile payments and invoices.
  • Knowledge of commercial property management is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as online and internal databases.
