About the Role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Conveyancing team, handling both routine and complex administrative tasks, and contributing to the team's high-quality service standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career in the legal sector, receiving comprehensive training and taking on increasingly complex responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within Conveyancing, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships. They will also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate skill in completing tasks quickly and accurately, and possess advanced IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Conveyancing team with both routine and complex administrative tasks
  2. Amend and collate letters with enclosures, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
  3. Secure appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers
  4. Handle post-completion tasks with increasing levels of responsibility
  5. Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and third parties
  6. Manage correspondence, calls, and emails promptly and professionally
  7. Collaborate closely with Matter Lawyers, Team Manager, and Real Estate Group members
  8. Contribute to the team's high-quality service standards
