About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality products meet customer expectations. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality of finished products, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to achieve quality targets, develop and implement new testing procedures, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the quality of finished products
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement new testing procedures
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
