About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components as a senior sales executive. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industrial OEMs and distributors across the UK. With a strong network of customers in industries such as machine tool manufacturing, food processing, oil and gas, power, energy, and metal cutting, this role offers excellent opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue increase
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in external sales, preferably within the hydraulics or mechanical engineering sector
* Strong strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a dynamic 'can-do' attitude
