Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Auditor to join our team at GrowUp Farms. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, while also supporting the site in producing delicious food products.

The successful candidate will have prior quality experience within a food production setting and be able to manage competing demands, while being proactive and organized. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to BRCGS and Retailer Standards and ensure all procedures & policies within the Food Safety and Quality Manual are adhered to.
  • Responsible for complaint investigations, technical data gathering.
  • Conduct daily inspections to include GMP, glass, wood and other physical audits and support the team for improving standards.
  • Ensure checks, such as temperature & weighing equipment, are carried out as per procedures.
  • Provide data for KPI capture.

  • A proactive team-player, with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • A self-starter, able to manage competing demands, who is proactive and organised.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail, and be able to spot poor quality or potential hazards with ease.
  • Able to build strong relationships with your colleagues and team, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders across the business.

Package & Location

  • Location: Sandwich, Kent
  • Salary up to £28,000 DOE
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern; 0700-1815
  • 20 days' holiday
