About the RoleAs a Homecare Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting your client's holistic well-being and ensuring they lead an excellent quality of life. Your responsibilities may include companionship, administering medication, nutritional support, and personal care, all within the comfort of their own homes.
You will be required to adhere to clients' individualized care plans, tailoring your support to meet their unique needs.
Compensation and Benefits- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle - full or part-time, day, night, and weekend shifts available
- A minimum 2-hour call length to ensure continuity of care
- Competitive pay rates starting at £13.17 per hour, paid weekly
- Eligibility for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and in-store
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Possess the right to work in the UK
- Holding at least 6 months of experience in UK-based care is essential
- A valid Full UK Driving License is required (with up to 45p per mile travel expenses covered)
